Knowledge is the Secret!

The secret to everything in this life is the fact that there are no secrets; but there are discoveries. So what is the secret to successful living other than to find the ways to be successful in one’s endeavors?

What is the secret to greatness other than to discover what greatness is and how some achieved that feat? There are people from different cultures and backgrounds whose excellence in various ideas have made them rich.  Therefore, there is no secret it, but a discovery.

And what is the secret to living a peaceful life? The bible states that there is no peace for the wicked. In other words, avoid the path of the wicked, and you will find peace.

Is there any secret to becoming an accomplished person? I think it is about the process, not about any hidden concept. What are you willing to pursue and invest your passion, time, and resources on? Find something that you want to excel in and focus on it, that is the first step to becoming an accomplished person. Then start learning the principles of growth, creativity and productivity in that same thing.

And how about spiritual secrets? Well, the things of God are not secrets. Most importantly the mystery of God has been revealed when Jesus was crucified. That’s why it is written in the bible that the rulers of this world have no clue about the hidden wisdom of God. If they had, they would not have crucified Jesus because that was God’s strategic move to bring all things into perfection (I Corinthians 2).

God is not hiding things from us. He however expects us to seek whatever we desire. But as simple as God has made everything, we continue to ignore that which is obvious and seek the complex ways. The obvious indicates accessibility. Therefore, the divide between where we are and whatever we want to achieve is just a lack of knowledge. But is this knowledge a secret? Of course not! We just need to search it out because it is our responsibility to find whatever it is.

One of the primary ways we have evolved in life is through learning, which is an invitation to liberation. We are products of knowledge received through formal or informal education. Books have brought revolution to the world we live in.  Personal life change hinges on our embrace of knowledge through books that enhance our understanding.

Where we are today is a measure of the knowledge we acquired through learning. So if there are any secrets, they will be found in the pages of books. The books you read will therefore change your life because of the things you will discover. If we would seek, we will surely find.
