The Glory.

August 2018.
Meditation:

Psalm 19:1 “The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork”.

The evidence of God’s glory is what we see declared by the heavens and the firmament. God’s glory is revealed in all of His creations. And our passion and desires should be to see the glory of the Lord in every area of our lives. When God’s glory is revealed in us, the world will see Him in everything we do.

Bible Verses: 

Isaiah 60:1-7.

Prayers:

1. “Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you”.

  • Ask for the light of God to shine in your life. Seek for the true revelation of the word of God that will set you apart in darkness.

2. “For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you”.

  • Pray that all the potential of God in your life be released to the world. Ask God that your purpose and potential should attract people to God. 

3. “The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising”.

  • Pray that the revelation of God in your life would pave the way for others to know Jesus. No matter how dark it is in the world, declare that the glory of the Lord in your life will always shine through.

The Wisdom of God (Part 2): Praying for Wisdom. 

May 2018.

Meditation:

The wisdom of God is the principal thing. There is a need to ask the Holy Spirit to help us understand the wisdom of God and apply it to our lives. Ask for wisdom and God will not deny you.

Bible Verses:

Proverbs 8: 22 – 36.

Prayers:
  1. “The Lord possessed me at the beginning of His way, Before His works of old.” Proverbs 8:22
  • I want your wisdom Lord; the same wisdom you possessed at the beginning of your way. 

2. “Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman…” Proverbs 8:30

  • Lord let wisdom be in me as a master craftsman to recreate the world you have delivered to me.

3. “…And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him.” Proverbs 8:30

  • There is no sorrow, boredom or weariness in the wisdom of God. Lord give me your wisdom that multiplies the tranquility of heaven here on earth. Give me the wisdom that stills every storm of life.

4. “6 However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” (1 Cor 2:6-8)

  • Lord let the wisdom ordained for my glory begin to operate in my life.

5. “Now therefore, listen to me, my children, For blessed are those who keep my ways.” Proverbs 8: 32

“10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right (power) to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:” John 1:10-12

  • Lord I ask that my ears and eyes of the spirit be opened to hear, see, and know wisdom.
  • Lord help me recognize Your wisdom in my life.

6. “For whoever finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord;” Proverbs 8:35

  • Wisdom is favor from You Lord; and I know I have to listen, watch daily and wait on You for it. Lord help me to be able to do the right things to obtain wisdom.

The Wisdom of God.

Meditation:

The word of God is God. Nothing was made without the word. When we have the word, we have life and that life is the light that shines in the darkness and cannot be stopped.

Bible Verses:

Proverbs 8: 22 – 36.

Prayers:
  1. “All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.” John 1.
  • Lord I ask that you fill me with the same wisdom You possessed from the beginning of Your ways.
  • I ask for Your wisdom to be a creative workman and co-creator with You.
  • Lord give me the everlasting wisdom that will lead me into Your depths.
  1. “In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men.” John 1.
  • I pray for God’s wisdom to reveal your ways and acts to me
  • Lord, I ask for the prophetic revelation of Your wisdom; the wisdom that speaks of the future.
  • I ask for the wisdom that manifest God’s authority; that is the same wisdom that set boundaries for the sea.
  • Lord grant me the wisdom that is embedded in Your life.
  1. “And the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it]” John 1.
  • Lord endow me with the wisdom that overpowers all the works of the enemy.
  • I ask for wisdom that releases the captives from their bondage.
  • Lord give me Your hidden wisdom that none of the rulers of this age know nothing about (1 Cor 2:6-8).

Prayer for Ministry.

April 2018.

Meditation:

“8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” Joshua 1:8.

As you meditate on the Word of God, the Spirit of God will use the Word to build your spirit.

Bible Verses:

Psalm 139: 13-17:

Prayers:
  • Lord Jesus cause the remnants (people of your special consideration) to hear the sound of Your voice and be released from whatever is holding them down from seeking You.
  • Lord bring multitudes from every corner of this land to seek and learn of Your way. Lord bring multitudes into your presence.
  • Father we ask that You show the multitude Your will. Let men and women from all over the world seek Your face.
  • Lord put your timely and precise Words in our mouths; and give us a tongue full of wisdom that the enemy cannot resist.
  • Lord Jesus, we ask for the release of great anointing in our ministries.
  • Lord release through us timely and accurate words from your presence for this land.
  • Lord I ask that you release the greatness within me.
  • I ask for courage and a brave heart to shake the nations and its territory by your word in my mouth.
  • Lord give me new revelations for the land and the church.
  • Lord release a new anointing over the church.

Lord Touch My Life.

 April 2018.

 Meditation:

“Ascribe to the Lord, O sons of the mighty, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength. 2 Give to the Lord the glory due to His name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness or in holy array. 3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders; the Lord is upon many (great) waters. 4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.” Psalm 29:1-4

As you meditate on the word, express your heart of gratitude to God and let the Spirit of God guide your thoughts and align your mind with the word of God.

Bible Verses:

John 1:1-5.

Prayers:
  1. “All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.”
  • Lord without You there was nothing made that has come into being. All things came into existence through You. I ask that You recreate in me anything that is missing in my life.
  • Lord let everything in my life be in obedience to the power of Your Word. Be the Lord of my life.
  • All things were made by You and came into existence by You. Lord, reveal to me Your Word that will make me.
  • Lord put your creative Word in my mouth and let me see whatever I declare according to Your Word.
  1. “In Him was life…”

Romans 4:17: “17 As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations. [He was appointed our father] in the sight of God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and speaks of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed.”

  • Father Lord, You made Abraham the father of many nations and he believed You. Lord help me to see and believe what You want to make of my life.
  • Lord God keep me in Your presence, so I can receive the fullness of Your life.
  • God, you give life to the dead. I ask that Your life will touch and raise every dead thing in my life.
  1. “…the life was the light of men.”
  • Light means revelation. No one can hear You Lord and remain the same. Paul encountered You on the road to Damascus and his story changed forever. Lord let Your light shine in and through me.
  • Lord I need Your revelation. Let me encounter You as the light of my life.
