“To You, O Men, I Call” – Proverbs 8:4

There are two powerful forces parading the earth today. And they have nothing to do with the devil. The devil’s ways are subtle. He comes and goes without notification; leaving footprints of destruction, chaos, and confusion in the minds of the people. The devil is gone before you even know he was around; because of his intelligence and strategy.

However, the two forces I’m referring to are Wisdom and Foolishness. The strategic weapon of the devil is to keep us ignorant and make us depart from the truth. The devil does not bind or hold anyone at will. What he does is sell lies; and we are constantly buying them at one point or the other in our lives.

This is where all of the chaos begins; because the result of buying these lies is that we begin living in deception. And unfortunately, this deception takes some time before it surfaces; which is what keeps many in whatever struggles they’re currently facing.

It is not that we are not smart or wise. But our professed wisdom – certified by university degrees, common sense, life experience, relationships, culture, or traditions – are the same avenues the enemy uses to access our lives. Sadly, only a few can discern this deception.

“To you, O men, I call…” is the cry of wisdom; and the world needs to listen. If you think you have seen it all when it comes to the depravity of mankind, you are about to see more surprises in the future. The foolishness of humanity will reach the highest level, because right is now seen as wrong and wrongs are now being applauded.

The wisdom of man will also fail in all areas of human endeavor. I will say it again. The wisdom of man will fail. Humanity will live in the height of their delusions. One thing that is guaranteed in this era is the wisdom of God. So, the wisdom of God, says,“To you, O men, I call…”  Will you answer the call of wisdom for your life?
