Potential (Part 1)

We want to continue sharing the teachings of our last seminar so our readers can participate in our shared knowledge. You can review the previous postings here and here.
Our seminar was titled, “The Manifest” and “The Night of Dreams”; and it explored the need to understand purpose, potential, the system, and the storm. The thesis of the seminar was about you and your purpose, your potential as your asset, the system which represents the government, and the economy we depend on for survival. The coming storm is the wind of change. We are all on board this vessel which is the system {the government and the economy}, but there is a need to re-evaluate where each one of us stands on this journey before the storm hits. It will happen; it’s just a matter of time.
The highlight this week is potential. Your potential are the assets you have; your belongings. Without these assets, you cannot fulfill your purpose. Fins and gills are assets to fishes, because it enables them to survive in their habitation. Your survival in this system {the government and the economy} will require your uniqueness, and the ability to discover and explore your potential.
The greatest and the most powerful nations attained their greatness, not because of their geographical boundaries, but because of the potentials of their citizens. Examine any nation that is underdeveloped and you will discover that the government has refused to create opportunities to harness the potentials of the citizens. A nation that has ignored or downplayed the potentials of its citizens, destroys its own greatness.
Your potentials are the reasons that people will not ignore but acknowledge you; even when they don’t really like you. No human being is complete or gets to be fully accomplished without exploring their potential to its fullest. The potentials you have are not just to make you feel good; they are your insurance to a meaningful life.
